About Johnathan

  Johnathan R. Anthony, born March 10, 1998 in Irving, TX, also known as ‘J. Anthony’ is third generation entrepreneurial thinker, and first generation metroplex entrepreneurial pioneer. Johnathan was raised by not one, but two entrepreneurs; his mother and father. His mother, Sukydra M. Anthony, pursued a career and business within the cosmetology industry. His father, Johnny R. Anthony Jr. pursued and owns a business within the Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) industry.

Johnathan grew up watching both of his parents grind extremely hard to raise their children while also fulfilling their dream of one day working for themselves. With Johnathan seeing so much effort being poured into side hustles and self acclimating endeavors by his parents, this only motivated him to do the same. Johnathan began to show signs of grit, determination, rebelliousness, discipline, maturity, and a true desire for greatness at a very early age. By the time Johnathan reached the age of 20 he was starting up his second business, and that’s when J. Anthony’s Auto Sales, LLC came about in 2019. 

Johnathan has always had a lot of favor for older model vehicles, specifically early 2000’s interiors that brought him alot of nostalgia from his upbringing. When Johnathan first entered the car business, he was always questioned; “Why not newer models, aren’t they better with less problems?” As J. Anthony has always said, newer vehicles just aren’t built the same as older ones, and newer doesn’t mean better. J. Anthony has dedicated his entire life to finding the best ‘99-‘07 General Motors Trucks and connecting them with other passionate GMT800 enthusiasts like himself.
